"What can I say about Carlos. I was looking for a particular Omega Speedmaster watch to gift someone. It was a last minute request (literally a day before)and stumbled upon Diamond Source NYC. I called their number and talked to Carlos for the first time. Such a cool and friendly person to work with. He answered all my questions and queries without any issues. Within like an hour he followed up with me with the particular Omega Speedmaster and shared all the details, price, process. Super transparent and easy to work with. Finally, I got a chance to collect it this morning, just in time. Super happy with the experience. I would highly highly encourage doing business with him.
